Welcome to Hele Artwear, where every item has more personality than a mass-produced wardrobe ever could.
By purchasing from this shop, you agree to the following simple terms — no fine print surprises, just clear facts.
1. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in euros (€).
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other available gateways.
Hele Artwear never sees or stores your full payment details — that’s between you and your bank.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Free worldwide shipping is included in all orders.
Most items ship within 2–3 business days from Estonia. Delivery times vary by destination (see Shipping & Returns for details).
Please double-check your shipping address — I can’t redirect parcels once they’re already on their grand adventure.
3. Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (unused, unwashed, and with all tags + Certificate of Authenticity).
Custom commissions are non-returnable unless defective.

4. Customs & Import Taxes
Orders outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. (Sadly, I can’t paint your customs officer into a better mood.)
5. Product Info & Hand-Painted Nature
Each piece is hand-painted, upcycled, and one-of-a-kind.
Slight variations in color or texture are not defects — they’re part of the artwork’s unique character.
Machine washable on gentle cycle (inside out, up to 30 °C). Treat as wearable art.
6. Copyright & Use
All artwork and photographs are the intellectual property of Hele Artwear.
You’re welcome to wear, gift, or show off your purchase anywhere.
However, reproducing, printing, or using the artwork for commercial manufacturing without permission is not allowed.
7. Liability
Hele Artwear isn’t responsible for postal delays, customs hold-ups, or damage caused by third-party carriers.
If your parcel arrives in poor condition, please get in touch — I’ll help resolve it personally whenever possible.
