Returns

I hope you’ll love your wearable art, but if you change your mind you can return it within 14 days of delivery (unused, unwashed, with tags and the Certificate of Authenticity).

How to start a return: email me within 14 days of delivery. I’ll reply with the return address and simple instructions.

Return shipping cost: paid by the customer.

Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after I receive and inspect the item.

Exclusions: custom commissions or personalized pieces are non-returnable unless defective.

Faulty or incorrect item: if I made a mistake or the item is defective, I will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
